Before TheOpsIQ, I spent more than six years as a project manager and configuration specialist in SaaS, building CRMs and working on the integrations that connect one system to the next. Now I do that work for owner-run businesses here on the Front Range.

I kept meeting small business owners with great reputations and websites that didn't show it. The plumber everyone recommends, invisible on Google. The trainer with a wall of five-star reviews and nowhere to point to. That gap is why TheOpsIQ exists.
