Who we are
TheOpsIQ is Cara O’Connor, a web and marketing operations consultant in Arvada, Colorado. Questions about this policy go to cara@theopsiq.com or 303.261.5090.
What you send us
When you fill out a form on this site, we receive what you type into it: your name, your business name, your email address, your message, and any optional answers you choose to give.
We use it for one thing: to reply to you about your request. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions. They’re stored in our Netlify account and copied into our own private lead records so we can follow up.
- Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how visitors find the site and which pages they read: things like pages viewed, the site you came from, and your general location and device type. We use it to see what’s working, not to identify you. How Google uses this data.
- The Playbook Check (theopsiq.com/playbook-check) counts each finished check anonymously: how many questions you answered yes in each area and which tools you picked from the dropdowns. It never records your name, email or anything you type. The counts are stored in our private database (Supabase) so we can see which areas owners find hardest. Your contact details only reach us if you press “Send this to Cara.”
- Google’s Preferred Sources button in the footer loads a small script from Google. If you click it, Google saves your choice to add this site as a preferred source in Search.
We don’t run advertising pixels or retargeting on this site.
Turning analytics off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
Seeing or deleting your information
Email cara@theopsiq.com and ask. We’ll tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it.
Changes
